Fantasy Salary Cap Race Rules/Setup
"Salary Cap" - Add Drivers to your "TEAM", each driver has an associated Salary set by VLR. Your team must stay under the allowed "SALARY CAP". Change your TEAM linup every week. Games will be closed in the "League Setup" 5 minutes before Qualifing or 5 minutes before the Race starts. Set your Default TEAM in the event you (miss/forget/your computer blew up or your ISP is junk), Select between 3 - VLR Default teams.

2. Join a League (Some Leagues are Password protected.)
3. Search through the League list and request to join a League. Message the League Admin and Request to join. A reply will be sent to your VLR message board.

2. Create a League . (All your members will join the "LEAGUE" to play Games)
3. Add a Game, Only League Admins can add Games.
4. Game Series Lengths:
- Nascar
- a. (1) Game 36 weeks long.
- b. (2) Games 18 weeks long. - note: Games will reset with Zero Points.
- c. (4) Games 9 weeks long. - note: Games will reset with Zero Points.
- Busch Series and Craftsmen Truck Series
- a. (1) Buch Series Game, 35 weeks long.
- b. (1) Craftsmen Truck Series Game, 25 weeks long.
5. Game Setup:
- Number of Salary Cap Drivers per each TEAM. Salary is set to 80% ratio.
6. Scoring Options:
- *Bonus: Most Gained positions {Qualifier - Finish} (10, 25, 50 point bonus)
- *Bonus: Selecting the Winner. (10, 25, 50 point bonus)
7. Private League "SmackTalk" Message Board Options:
- a. When a SmackTalk MESSAGE is posted - (Check Box) to recieve an Email Notification about Messages.
- b. Make your SmackTalk League Private or Public.
- c. You can you SmackTalk to keep League Members up to date with current information.
